No-Refund
Policy:
Deposits are absolutely nonrefundable
if you cancel for any reason.
However, deposits may be transferable
to a future session. (In the event
that we must cancel the course,
all monies paid, including your
deposit, will be refunded.) Full
tuition payment is required by
the registration deadline, or
you may forfeit your reserved
spot. If you cancel for any reason
after the deadline (October 9),
refund may vary, depending on
how much notice you give and where
we are in our timeline. We will
do our best to be fair.

information upon receipt of your
tuition payment. Please assist us
in preparing for your arrival by
answering these logistics questions.
Transportation:
See
"Transportation" section
of the confirmation packet before
you make travel plans or buy tickets
— there is important information
that you must know. We strongly
encourage car-pooling. To facilitate
your transportation, please let
us know a month in advance of
the course.

We cannot guarantee that there

Deadline
Details:
Tuition
balance for ALL registrants is
due by October 9th. If you're
not (either) paid up by then,
or have an approved payment plan,
you may lose your reserved space
to someone on the waiting list.
If
we have space, late registration
is possible. Full tuition payment
is required to register after
the regular registration deadline.
