| WALPURGIS We are situated on the edge of a forest in a little village in the hills of southern Flanders. For about 5 years we are collecting edible plants and trying to put them al together in an edible forest. At this stage there is still some planting to do, but the hedgerows, the orchard and a little forest are growing. Special interest in edible tree leaves and art in the garden. Constructing a little fairy-dome in the garden for projects with children and outdoor theatre. Lots of contacts with green movements. Organising tree plant campaigns in this village and putting up a childrens gardens in schools. The berry shrubbery is established and some more fruit trees are planted in winter 2000. Want to build living willow structures for sweat lodge, meeting place,... Old apple orchard next door so we make juice, wine and cider. Enthusiastic cycling plant lovers are very welcome!
